Ringing Bells today  launched the Freedom 251 world's cheapest smartphone.It has a 4-inch WVGA display, is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM .supports 3G connectivity and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has a 3.2-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front-facing camera. smartphone packed by a 1450mAH battery,
