SpaceX has officially partnered with Qualcomm to build Starlink Mobile—a brand-new 5G cellular network across the US that combines traditional ground cell towers with Starlink's satellite constellation.

Powered by Qualcomm’s Dragonwing (QRU100 and QDU100) infrastructure platforms, the multi-year project aims to roll out tens of thousands of base stations starting in 2027. As Elon Musk puts it, the goal is simple: reliable mobile connectivity everywhere you go.
